DPF Cleaning. On-Vehicle
Rescue and regeneration of a blocked but otherwise serviceable DPF. Normally when a customer calls us their car is showing an engine or DPF warning light and has gone into limp mode. Often they have received a costly quote to unnecessarily replace the DPF. Cost is £190 fixed. Guaranteed results service.

Tec4 Fuel System & Engine Carbon Cleaning
Intense, on-vehicle cleaning of fuel injector internals using an alternative fuel supply of highly enriched mixture of fuel and cleaning agents. Cleans the "wet" side of the fuel injectors that HHO carbon cleaning can't reach then goes on to clean combustion internals. Takes up to one hour. Prices start at £70.

Good for: General maintenance, engine misfire and lumpiness, sluggish performance, poor mpg, excessive exhaust smoke, MOT emissions failures.

7-in-1 Intake, EGR & Turbo Clean
This 7-in-1 service gently breaks down and removes soft carbon and oily deposits from the 1-MAF Sensor, 2-MAP Sensor, 3-Intake Manifold, 4-Inlet Valves, 5-Throttle Body, 6-Turbo and 7-EGR systems freeing stuck and blocked components. Duration 1 to 2hrs. Prices start at £90.

Good for: General maintenance cleaning of intake manifold components, freeing of sticky turbos, under/overboost faults. EGR valve and throttle body and MAF/MAP faults.

Engine Carbon Cleaning. Oxy-Hydrogen HHO
Using Oxy-Hydrogen gas this service cleans carbon from the internal combustion areas of the engine and hot gas path components. Service duration 30 to 90 minutes depending on engine size. Prices start at £50.

Good for: General maintenance., Customers report better throttle response, mpg, and less engine noise.

Intake Walnut Blast Cleaning
The gold standard when it comes to full cleaning of the back of intake valves and valve stems on diesel and petrol direct injection (GDI) engines. Recommended by most vehicle manufacturers to be performed every 40k miles. Involves dis-assembly and full manual cleaning of the inlet manifold and ancillary items. Starting at £125.

Good for: Regular 40k service or regenerative cleaning for diesel and direct injection gasoline GDI engines with lowered overall performance or having lumpy idle due to intake air restriction.

Diagnostic Callout
Not starting? Engine light come on? Something not quite right under the bonnet? We'll use top level diagnostic equipment and knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose engine related issues. Starting with one hour at £60 then reduced hourly rate after if needed.
Good for: General engine management fault diagnosis and repair, non-starters.
