I will find the problem why your DPF did not regenerate and became blocked then clean it with my professional, industry-leading on-vehicle solution at your home. Guaranteed: No clean, no cleaning fee. Please get in touch using the Whats App or Email buttons below. Thank you. John.

If your DPF's self-clean has failed then you will have a Check Engine Light on, a DPF Light on, or a sign saying Exhaust Filter Full, Drive To Clean or Visit Dealer. Let me check any faults, then professionally unblock, flush and clean your DPF. My service is fully mobile and comes with guaranteed results. No clean, no cleaning fee. See below for full details.

An essential part of a DPF unblocking and cleaning service is identifying and rectifying any faults that might have prevented automatic regeneration/self-cleaning occurring during normal driving. Far too often I hear of DPF's being replaced at great expense only for the blockage to re-occur soon after. Before I move onto cleaning your DPF I will check everything and keep you informed as to my findings and advise on the best way to move forward with any issues I find. Often I can rectify problems on the day, if not, due to time or parts constraints then I will unblock your DPF and get your vehicle out of limp mode so you can then immediately take further action. If in the rare case I can't unblock your DPF, for example it is too blocked or damaged then there will be no cleaning charge, only the deposit paid for the diagnostic checks.

It's a fixed fee of £190 for my DPF cleaning service, so if I need to do a second clean straight after the first one to get the right results then time and expensive chemicals are on me.

Here's an outline of the procedure for my DPF unblocking service:

Step 1. Booking: Please contact me by what's app, SMS or email, simply using the buttons below. We can briefly discuss your needs, location etc. then agree a time and place. Then I will send you a secure booking link for the agreed slot. You only need to pay £70 at time of booking to cover the diagnostic checks and DPF assessment part of the service which I will conduct as soon as we reach your vehicle.

Step 2. Diagnostic Checks (up to 1hr): On arrival I'll connect to your vehicle with my dealership-level diagnostic equipment and also have a good look at the mechanics and other relevant aspects of your vehicle. This will help me determine what went wrong to cause the blockage light or message to come on. In some cases the DPF is not blocked at all. I'll also advise on any other non-DPF problems that I come across. I'll see if indeed the DPF is blocked and if there are any barriers to me going ahead with cleaning. If I've found something that prevents me going ahead, then there will be no cleaning charges for that visit.

Step 3. DPF Cleaning: My first choice for cleaning is to use an industry leading chemical to break down and flush the soot from your DPF. In most cases this is better than performing a heat-based static regeneration because as well as breaking down soot it also can help clean out soft ash and other deposits and without any risk of engine oil dilution. The chemical importantly is a foaming kind which when injected in the correct way with high pressure compressed air it expands inside the exhaust system and reaches all parts both top and bottom of the DPF. The engine is then run through a special sequence of rpms to distribute the cleaner through the whole DPF and the soot is expelled via the exhaust. Professional DPF cleaning is a dynamic process, each vehicle's needs are different, and I will monitor different parameters and progress things based on live observations. Once I'm happy with the results I'll use my diagnostic tool to adjust and reset various parameters depending upon vehicle type.

Guaranteed Results: If I've agreed to move to the cleaning phase in Step 3 above and then in the very unlikely event that I can't get your DPF performance back normal values and the system able to reset then I'll stop and discuss options with you. If a successful clean is not going to happen, then you won't be charged any further than the £70 you've already paid for the 1hr diagnostic callout in Step 2. In my experience, this is most likely to be because your DPF is damaged internally, possibly due to a previous incorrect regeneration procedure by someone else or the vehicle has been driven in limp mode to the point where the filter is so clogged the engine won't even run. I will then advise on your options and assist in any way I can.

I want you to be satisfied with my services whatever direction things take. If I can help with the root cause or any other issues that need addressing then I'll be there and happy to help further, even during the same visit if possible.
